when you use @throws say IndexOutOfBound ... does each error says num>size or 0<size , if both threw IndexOutOfBound exceptions ... do I have to write two lines for it ?
@throws indexoutofbound if skdjskdsj @throws indexoutofbound if skdjksjdks

for the IndexOutOfBoundsException that they suggest us using, do i hafta make this class?,. or its already in the Exceptions library of java.? cuz when i import it says it can't import

it extends runtimeexception, i think.

so i create a class? called IndexOutOfBoundsException? isn't this predefined in java already?., shouldn't it be in java.util ? cuz NoSuchElementException and NullPointerException are .....

all i did was throw new indexoutofboundsexception
....
