Quick Dreamcast update. I just found out that someone released a divx player for Dreamcast. No its not that shit one that came out a while back. Apparentely it even works with DivX 5. Anyways... www.dcdivx.com I don't have the time to try this out right now but if anyone out there feels like messing around with it let me know how it goes. Thanx.

on this note...does anyone know good IRC places to download games? Try DALNet and join #is0warezz. It's mostly PC isos but it's pretty decent.

Been busy the last lil while, but I still think EverQuest is one of the best MMORPG's out there. However it does require a monthly fee of $12.95 or something like that (in US Dollars). EverQuest has been the ONLY game I've ever played more than 1 month, and I (until this game) never really played much games (Console / Computer / Arcade / etc)... Now if you think of this, Sony Online Entertainment, which makes this game charges about $13. They have over 400, 000 subscribers... and... if you do the math, they generate income of $5, 200, 000 for one MONTH! Pretty crazy eh? Well anyways... just curious of anyone else plays

I actually beta-tested the game and bought it. Returned it later that week... From what I can tell it's still the same ol' game with new things sprinkled in. Fell out of touch with the EQ community after that.
What's amazing is that with 5.2 mil they still don't give a damn about their players much.
Haven't really played many MMORPGs out there since there all the same old thing Ultima Online was only prettier. Maybe I'll get World of Warcraft when it's released.
Ooh, on the normal RPG news, Morrowind is out on store shelves! Gonna go grab a copy as soon as I can!

Just a quick question about Ragnarok......
The installation file is 200 MB. So how big is the game itself?
(Asking this since I have limited hard drive space at the moment.)

Forget MMORPGs! I got Morrowind yesterday morning and I've played a total of 20 hours in 2 days! It's THAT addicting!
It's not for the faint of heart though. This isn't a 'console RPG' that's ridiculously linear, even though it's out for the XBOX as well.
Only bad part is that it's purely singleplayer, but the game world is deep enough that it doesn't matter! And people are already cranking out mods for the game since the editor allows you to make brand new places/things easily!
Grab it now... I have to study for English tomorrow but when I'm done... Oh yeah... ;D

I still like EQ I'm not much of a gamer.. I Get bored with Single Player games since they all wind up stinkin boring after a while... At least with a friend you can always beat the snot out of each other when you're getting a bit bored . Anyways... Star Wars Galaxies is comming out soon, and their beta test is up at: www.starwarsgalaxies.com if any of your are interested... it's a MMORPG like EverQuest and it's relased by the same company (SoE). I'm finally free at least No more school... err till Monday... Anyone in VIC120?
