you had gries instead of jepson? you don't happen to have the 1:00 class at UC, do you?
And he's always like that... the sad thing is he kinda zips through it though... but the examples are hilarious and clear

yeah, i guess i'm in ur class. ;D
it's amazing how he can zip through everything and it's still more understandable and clear than jepson going through it slowly. i'm not saying i don't like jepson; he's a pretty helpful prof. it's just that when paul gries speaks, i'm actually wide awake and at the edge of my chair waiting on the next word the comes out of his mouth!

I'm in the 10' Oclock Jepson class. We had someone else too on Monday. I don't know if he was Gries. He had long hair/ beard. Is that him? Well whoever it was, he was a lot better than Jepson! He explained things so well. In our usual lecture Jepson droans on and on and it's hard to stay awake. He's also constantly expecting people to ask questions or answer his never ending questions. If we knew the answers why the hell would we have joined the class?

oh great.. can't turn to anyone for help... d'oh well! if anyone is actually interested, i'll be the guy that looks like a 14 year old or something like that... y'know, that guy who looks like he doesn't belong there... either with some goofy hair cut or a boston red sox cap hiding that goofy haircut p.s. does anyone on this board take the time to actually read the lecture notes? I don't mean to make you all sound self-incriminating... just a passing thought
