Can anyone please take a minute out to just explain how to do correct indentation - or at least give some clue as to how it works. I've read the handout but it doesn't really explain.
Do you have to actually indent your html with regards to how many 'parts' to the link there are?

yes you have to indent relative to the number of "parts", but <ul> does that for you:
<ul> <li>bla.com</li> <ul> <li>bla.com/bla</li> <li>bla.com/boo</li> </ul> </ul>

moi? *almost*
my only problem was that something like: bla/bla.html would be under bla, because "bla" is stored as the parent, and "bla.html" the child of "bla"
I'm pretty sure thats wrong, but I coulnd't get it the handle it properly

I haven't yet. I should have said almost everything. To be honest I think I've done this whole map command thing differently to most people- but it still works I think so it's okay. I still need to do the alphabetical order too. I missed that detail in Assignment 4 and I'm still not sure how to do it. I was just glad getting almost everything to correctly run a few hours ago and so I said everything.
And thank you Tony, I didn't realise that those tags just automatically did the identations like that.
