What's the derivative of F? I know Uppal did this in class but I can't find half my notes. Is it just FTC like:
F'(x) = 4x3cos137(x4)

this is prob wrong, but here it goes.
apply FTC, then chain rule.
4x^3 cos137 x^4
take out intergal b/c of FTC, then d' the extrema variable. then sub f'(x^4)-f'(0)
why look, its identical to yours.
... haha, probably wrong, now go do my problem~!
